Agile/Scrum Coaching

Agile Coaching
Drawing on our expertise, we work with teams new to agile methods, as well as mature teams looking for more advanced coaching. Our goal is to help companies and teams become highly proficient at delivering high quality software.
We have found one of the best methods for developing new skills is to combine one of our training courses, with follow-on coaching to write user stories, or plan a release
Agile Training
Our training is licensed from industry leader Mountain Goat Software. We offer Scrum training for both beginners and more advanced practitioners alike.
Working On A Scrum Team
The two-day class introduces the fundamental principles of Scrum and provides hands-on experience to prospective ScrumMasters and teams.
Effective User Stories
Projects start with users’ requirements. A great way to meet users’ needs is to begin with user stories, which are simple, brief descriptions of functionality valuable to real users. This agile management training teaches what makes a great user story, what makes a bad one, and how to achieve the six important attributes of a good story.
Agile Estimating and Planning
Two of the most important questions on projects are "When will we be done?" and "How soon can I have everything I've asked for?" By taking an agile approach to estimating and planning, teams learn how to create useful estimates that lead to reliable plans. Agile Estimating and Planning is also the title of Mike Cohn’s recent book, which advocates easy, lightweight ways to plan projects using agile or Scrum.
Succeeding with Agile
Go beyond the basics and learn tips and techniques necessary to help an organization move beyond initial success to sustained agility. Drawing and expanding on concepts in Mike Cohn's Succeeding with Agile book, this course will show you how to get started and get good with agile or Scrum.
