Lou was first trained and continues to follow practices by one of the leading practitioners, Mike Cohn, in the Scrum methodology. He offers both public and private courses licensed from Mountain Goat Software.

Experience

IT Leadership – As the Director of Applications Development and Agile Practice Manager for Farm Credit Services of America, Lou led the organizational transformation to Agile practices. He was also the key IT resource on the strategic Program Leadership Team, overseeing a multi-million dollar credit modernization program.

Prior to that, Lou led a development team for Hewlett – Packard practicing Extreme Programming methods. His team worked on a daily basis with business owners to define needs for HP’s direct procurement model producing a significant amount of annual sales revenue.
